INSALATA PRATO

Fried prawns. baby corn and red onions are topped to a fresh salad mix, cherry tomatoes and in a citrus-coriander-dressing with pesto rosso finished with crispy croutons and pine nuts.

INSALATA MELAGRANA

Lamb’s lettuce, cherry tomatoes, yellow bell peppers and radishes in a fruity cranberry- balsamic-dressing that meets grilled marinated tofu with sage and white wine vinegar.

PASTA ALANATRA VERDE WITH CAMPANELLE

Juicy duck breast with fried tofu, broccoli and snow peas refined in our tomato sauce with soy sauce, chili and garlic are served with our homemade Campanelle.

PASTA CONTADINA WITH TAGLIATELLE

Fried sausage, rosemary, brocolli, chili and garlic oil give our tomato sauce a hearty, Mediterranean flavor, crowned with creamy Ricotta cheese.

PASTA THAITALY WITH SPAGHETTI

Green curry sauce refined with coconut milk and topped with mussels and clams.

RISOTTO INDIA

Juicy chicken breast, apple and a curry cream sauce with white wine give this dish its Far Eastern flavor.

LASAGNE AL FORNO

Homemade lasagna with spicy beef ragú filling, fresh basil, creamy béchamel sauce and a crispy mozzarella crust.

PASTA RIVIERA WITH PENNE

Delicate smoked salmon and prawns in a creamy cheese sauce with Grana Padano D.O.P., a hint of garlic, fresh onions, cherry tomatoes and fresh baby spinach. Rounded off with chopped parsley.

FILETTO DI MANZO AL COGNAC WITH FUSILLI

Beef and bacon cubes fried to perfection with cognac. In a tomato-cream sauce with spring onions and peas.

RISOTTO AL TARTUFO

Creamy risotto with truffle, mushroom, onions and thyme. Rounded off with white wine and Grana Padano D.O.P.

CHESTNUT SOUP

Creamy winter soup with fresh chestnuts, onions and a splash of white wine vinegar.
