Salads – colourful, fresh and crispy. With hand-picked ingredients and homemade dressings. Because we prepare our dressings in every single Vapiano ourselves and use many specially selected ingredients.

Select from our standard dressings Rocket salad-mustard dressing, Nizza dressing, Balsamico or Cesare dressing and let yourself be surprised by our special dressings.

Crisply roasted ciabatta with tomatoes, marinated in garlic and extra virgin olive oil.

Air-dried Italian ham, Grana Padano G.O.P., homemade grilled vegetables, fresh mushrooms, green olives, homemade pesto basilico and buffalo mozzarella.

CAPRESE

Cherry tomatoes with buffalo mozzarella, basil and rucola salad.

SMOKED SALMONE

Scamorza smoked salmon, red onions, mix of leafy salads and caper with our homemade lemon vinaigrette.

CARPACCIO

Thinly sliced beef fillet with fresh mushrooms, homemade Cipriani sauce and rucola salad.
